This Week's Gay Agenda: Kesha, Bald Drag Queens & Lady Wrestlers

This Week's Gay Agenda: Kesha, Bald Drag Queens & Lady Wrestlers:

Gay Agenda is a new column for Billboard Pride where we run down five fab things from the week that was, just in time for the weekend. Between new tracks, music videos and pop culture moments, we want our readers to be prepared for boozy brunch conversation.

For this week's edition, we have your latest Netflix addiction, Kesha's triumphant return and more.

1. Art Queen
Sasha Velour has released the first edition of Velour: The Drag Magazine since taking the crown on RuPaul’s Drag Race. The 116-page mag was designed cover-to-cover by The Current Reigning herself and includes a tribute to her season 9 sisters, as well as features on The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence in Boston and Chicago’s contemporary art drag scene. You can purchase the zine here.
2. More Bald Queens
If you’re in the mood for more cueball realness, The AAA Girls -- Alaska Thunderfuck, Courtney Act and Willam -- are back with their newest music video, “Lacefront Like This.” A parody to Kelly Clarkson’s American Idol coronation song, the clip shows the trio rocking baldcaps.

3. ICYMI: Kesha Is Back
Kesha wails through this gut-wrenching ballad, delivering a vocal performance we didn’t even know she was capable of. Welcome back, sis.

4. "Blood + Guts"
Nashville-based electro-pop artist Benjamin Poss premiered his new track today (July 7). He told Billboard, “'Blood + Guts' is about never giving up and trusting your intuition. I want to show people that they can make their dreams a reality and still always be themselves unapologetically.”
5. Big Hair & Body Slams
Now that we’re done binge-watching the latest season of Orange Is the New Black, the streaming gods have bestowed upon us a new addiction: GLOW. Inspired by the real story of the 1980s female wrestling league (with GLOW standing for Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling), the series follows an out-of-work actress, Ruth (Alison Brie), as she finds one last attempt to live her Hollywood dreams. It’s safe to say that this show will be inspiring several Halloween costumes.
